Do you bring your own supplies?
We bring all cleaning supplies, cleaning cloths, mop, vacuum, broom. If you have specific products you would like us to use or not use, please let us know.
How does payment work & what forms of payment do you accept?
You will be provided with a bill after the service and you can pay with check or cash.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Since we are a small business, we appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice.
How long does it take to clean?
It varies for each home/business. Factors like square footage, number of rooms, bathrooms, condition of the space will determine the time spent.
Are you a pet friendly service?
Yes! We love all animals. Please ensure we are able to work around them.
Do I need to be home while the cleaning is done?
Whatever is most comfortable for you! If you would like to be at home, that is fine with us. If you have errands to run, or are away, that works for us as well.
How far do you travel?
We are a locally owned small business in South Burlington, and we are happy to travel to where you need us within 20 miles of our location.
